Like any living human or animal the revolutionary
technology inside The Gobblin Mosquito Eater mosquito trap
produces the best of the attractants that mosquitos find irresistible.
The Gobblin Mosquito Eater uses a clean, odorless, smokeless
premium methanol, methyl alcohol (methyl hydrate)"liquid
fondue fuel" with special attractants added to produce CO2,
water vapor, heat as well as a light scent of alcohol. The black
moist surface under the killing grid is another deadly lure. The
Gobblin Mosquito Eater uses an electrostatic voltage just
high enough to kill the biting insects avoiding annoying zapping
sounds and exploded insect parts. The Gobblin Mosquito Eater
mosquito trap is completely harmless to beneficial insects killing
only biting insects. Fuel with methyl alcohol or "methyl
hydrate" available in most hardware or paint stores. The
Gobblin is made from steel and ABS plastic for long life
and durability.
Inside The Gobblin Mosquito Eater trap is a combustion area
fueled by a small very clean smokeless, odorless flame. As the
fuel is consumed, it produces water vapor and Carbon Dioxide (mimicking
human breath) along with trace amounts of alcohol vapor at perfect
levels to attract biting insects. This process also generates
heat. The generated heat is used as both a powerful biting insect
attractant and a thermo electric power source for the onboard
generator. The bottom pan of The Gobblin Mosquito Eater
is filled with water to provide a coolant for the electric generator
which in turn produces a water vapor cloud around the unit, another
powerful attractant for the biting insects. The biting insects
are also attracted to a black, warm moist inner surface on the
unit. As they get closer to it they come into contact with a unique
electrostatic grid. They search for a place to bite and are killed
but not exploded (brush off dead mosquitos with dry cloth). This
Patent Pending system has been extensively field and lab tested
and proven to trap and kill hundreds of mosquito and biting insects
per hour.
